Recommended use: 1-3 capsules a day - depending on body weight the following dosage of product is recommended: body weight 90 kg max. - 2 capsules, one 30 minutes before breakfast and training respectively, above 90 kg - 3 capsules, one before breakfast, lunch and training respectively.
