How to use it
Follow the product label instructions. The recommended intake is 1 serving per day, approximately 30 minutes before training. Depending on body weight, the following dosage is recommended: under 75 kg: 1 serving of 6 g; 75–90 kg: 1 serving of 12 g; over 90 kg: 1 serving of 18 g.
Mix 1 portion of 6 g with 100 ml of water; portions of 12 g and 18 g with 200 ml and 300 ml of water respectively. 6 g of powder corresponds to 1 level tablespoon. Consume immediately after preparation.

- Contains caffeine. Not recommended for children and pregnant women (300 mg/serving of 18 g = 95 mg/100 ml).
