BODY NUTRITION ships to Italy and across Europe through selected couriers, including:

  • UPS UPS
  • DHL DHL

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on weight, order amount and destination country, and are clearly displayed in the cart and during checkout before the order is confirmed.

  • For orders below €60.00, the shipping fee for Italy is €5.99.
  • For orders of €60.00 or more, shipping within Italy is free of charge.

During promotional campaigns, shipping costs may be reduced or waived. In this case, the promotion will be indicated on the website.

Shipping times for Italy

The delivery times indicated on the website are estimated and may vary depending on the selected payment method, the delivery address, public holidays, peak order periods or force majeure events. In some cases, parcels belonging to the same order may be delivered at different times.

Note: we recommend always providing a phone number when placing an order, in order to facilitate any communication relating to delivery.

Delivery

Unless prevented by unforeseen events or force majeure, BODY NUTRITION hands orders over to the courier within the timeframes indicated on the website and, in any case, in compliance with the delivery times communicated to the customer during the purchase process.

For delivery of the goods, the presence of the customer or a person appointed by the customer is required at the address indicated in the order. At the time of delivery, the customer is required to check that the number of parcels matches the transport document and that the packaging is intact and not tampered with. Any visible anomalies must be immediately reported to the courier by adding a specific reservation on the delivery document.

Failed delivery, storage and incorrect details

The customer must provide a complete and correct shipping address and be available for delivery.

In the event of failed delivery due to the recipient’s absence, an incorrect or incomplete address, failure to collect from the storage point or any other reason attributable to the customer, any storage, return and reshipping costs may be charged to the customer to the extent actually incurred by BODY NUTRITION.

If the parcel is returned to the sender for reasons attributable to the customer, BODY NUTRITION may contact the customer to arrange a new shipment, subject to payment of the related additional costs.
