Returns and right of withdrawal
If you purchased as a consumer and have changed your mind, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Here is how to notify us, return the products and receive your refund.

THE DEADLINE
You have 14 days
The period begins when you, or a person you have designated, receive the product. If products from the same order are delivered separately, it begins when the last product is delivered.

NOTIFYING US
Write to us before the deadline
Send an unequivocal statement of your decision to withdraw to [email protected]. Including your order number and the products concerned will help us process your request. You may also use the standard withdrawal form, but you do not have to.
We will confirm receipt of your notice. You do not need our authorisation to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Two warehouses, the correct return address. After you notify us, we will promptly provide the return address for the warehouse from which your order was dispatched.
How to return your products
Send the products to the address we provide without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. You meet the deadline if you hand the parcel to the carrier before the 14-day period expires.
You are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping. You may choose your preferred carrier. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of shipment.
How refunds work
If you withdraw from the entire order, we will refund the payments received for that order, including any initial standard delivery charge you paid. If you expressly chose a more expensive delivery option, the additional charge for that option will not be refunded. Return shipping remains at your expense.
We will issue your refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your notice of withdrawal, using the same payment method as your original purchase unless you expressly agree otherwise and incur no fees as a result. We may withhold the refund until we receive the products or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever happens first.
If you return only some products from an order, any refund of the initial delivery charge will be assessed under the rules applicable to the circumstances.
When the right of withdrawal does not apply
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases provided by law. These include goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, and sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery. These exceptions must be assessed for the individual product; they do not automatically apply to all liquid supplements.
If a returned product has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, you may be liable for any resulting loss in value.
Damaged, incorrect or non-conforming product?
Please contact us. These requests are handled under the rules on the legal guarantee of conformity, which are separate from withdrawal because you have changed your mind.
Failure to accept or collect a parcel
Failure to accept or collect a delivery does not, by itself, constitute an unequivocal notice of withdrawal. We will address this situation separately in our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, in accordance with applicable law.
