Other ingredients: calcium carbonate, magnesium oxide, L-ascorbic acid - vit. C, bulking agent - cellulose; DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate - vit. E, zinc gluconate, American ginseng root extract (Panax quinquefolius L.), ferrous fumarate, nicotinamide - niacin, cyanocobalamin - vit. B12, riboflavin - vit. B2, retinyl acetate - vit. A, cholecalciferol - vit. D, calcium D-pantothenate - pantothenic acid, sodium selenite, cupric gluconate, thiamin mononitrate - thiamin (vit. B1), thiamin hydrochloride - thiamin (vit. B1), pyridoxine hydrochloride - vit. B6, manganese gluconate, boric acid, D-biotin - biotin, chromium (III) chloride, pteroylmonoglutamic acid - folate, potassium iodide, anti-caking agents - silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; capsule (gelatine, colour: E 172).

Recommended use: take 1-2 capsules once a day, after the main meal, with a large amount of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
