Recommended use: Using latex gloves, scoop a small amount into palms. Massage a thin layer into skin just prior to competition. Be careful as to not get any on posing suit and/or bikini. Color does not dry so be sure to not put on clothing or it may rub off. Wipe off after each use with towel.
