Pro+ Casein is a micellar casein-based formula designed to deliver a steady supply of amino acids over several hours. Enriched with the probiotic complex LactoSpore® and the patented enzyme blend DigeZyme®, it offers long-lasting support for muscle maintenance and healthy bones. Its slow-digesting nature makes it particularly suitable for use between meals or before bedtime to help sustain recovery throughout the night.

The DigeZyme® complex from Sabinsa includes five digestive enzymes—amylase, cellulase, lipase, lactase and protease—to assist in breaking down proteins, carbohydrates, fats and fibre into absorbable components. Meanwhile, LactoSpore® features microencapsulated Bacillus coagulans that produces only the L+ form of lactic acid, ensuring stability and viability in the gastrointestinal tract.

Often referred to as a “night protein,” Pro+ Casein is absorbed slowly, providing a sustained release of nutrients when the body’s regenerative processes are most active. While it is ideal before sleep, it can also be enjoyed during the day mixed with water or milk for a smooth texture and pleasant taste.
