ADEK Vitamins are softgel capsules delivering a synergistic blend of the four fat-soluble vitamins A, D3, E and K2 dissolved in MCT oil sourced from coconut. Each ingredient is selected in its most bioavailable form: natural beta-carotene from Dunaliella salina (provitamin A), naturally derived cholecalciferol (Quali®-D), D-alpha-tocopherol and menaquinone-7 (K2VITAL® MK-7). This combination is designed to support overall wellbeing, including immune function, bone maintenance, muscle performance and cellular protection.

By consolidating these vitamins in one formulation, ADEK Vitamins may offer complementary benefits. Vitamin A and vitamin D contribute to the normal function of the immune system and participate in healthy cell division. Vitamin D together with vitamin K supports normal bone health, while vitamin D alone helps maintain proper muscle function and contributes to normal teeth. Vitamin E acts as an antioxidant, helping to protect cells from oxidative stress. Beta-carotene also contributes to the maintenance of healthy skin and vision.

Directions of use and warnings

Take one capsule daily with or immediately after a meal, or follow the instructions on the product label.
