Paying with Stripe

Choose Stripe to pay by credit card and pay with all Visa and MasterCard circuit cards, rechargeable credit cards and Maestro and Visa Electron ATMs.

Secure transactions: every purchase is made with the utmost security thanks to the use of the most advanced technological and encryption systems (SSL) directly on the bank's website through the Stripe portal.

Warning: to pay by credit card you must activate 3D Secure for your card.

The name 3D Secure is used to define the protection system for your online purchases using "Verified by Visa" and "Mastercard® SecureCode™", designed by the international Visa and Mastercard circuits to prevent fraud.

Activating the 3D Secure service gives you extra protection for your online purchases, allowing you to prevent any illegal use of your card on the web.

Paying with SatisPay

Satispay is a smartphone payment app that allows the user to make money transactions without a credit or debit card and without the need for an NFC-enabled device.

Paying with Satispay is safe both because the system does not use sensitive data and because after the payment the app closes and does not allow third parties to access the money.

To use Satispay the first thing to do is to download the app from your app store (available for free on the App Store, Google Play and Microsoft).

Once you've opened the app you need to proceed with the registration process, which consists of entering your phone number, email, confirming your phone number with the code you receive via SMS, choosing a PIN (a numerical sequence consisting of 5 digits to be typed in every time you access the Satispay app), confirming with the code sent by the system to the email indicated.

If you sign up on the website and enter the promo code START5, you will receive a €5 Welcome Bonus to spend at participating stores.

Before activating your Satispay account, it is advisable to have your IBAN, identity document (you can choose between an identity card, passport or driving licence) and tax code at hand because they will be required to complete the procedure.

Satispay works with a budget, which is the spending threshold available on your profile and which can be a maximum of 200 euros per week. The last step before starting to use the app is therefore to define your budget: just select the maximum amount of money you want to have available each week on Satispay.

Payment by bank transfer

After confirming your order, you will receive an email with the exact amount to pay and all the necessary data to make the transfer. The bank transfer must be made within 2 days from the order date, after which the order is automatically cancelled.
