Suggested Use
Inhalation:
Add a few drops to a cotton ball, soft tissue, diffuser, or a small bowl of hot water and inhale gently.
Topical:
Do not apply undiluted to skin. Blend 1–4 drops with a carrier oil or lotion before use. Do not exceed 4 drops per application.
Household Use:
Use as a natural air freshener by adding 10–12 drops to 240 ml (8 oz) of purified water in a spray bottle—shake before each use. Great for freshening linens or towels (10 drops on a cloth in dryer cycle).
