This omega-3 concentrate for children comes in two convenient formats with age-appropriate dosing:
- For mini soft-gel capsules (recommended for ages 3-6): Take three soft gels daily with food, or as directed by your health care professional. Soft gels can be chewed or swallowed.
- For liquid (recommended for children ages 1-6): Suggested serving is 1.25 mL daily using the dropper. Measure 1.0 mL, then add 0.25 mL. Serve with food or as directed by your pediatrician. Refrigerate after opening and use within three months for best stability.
