THE MOST COMMON USES OF THE ROSEMARY ESSENTIAL OIL
This essential oil stimulates the adrenal cortex in the case of asthenia, hypotension, weakness and tiredness, mental. SOME MODES OF USE OF THE ESSENTIAL OIL OF ROSEMARY

-Rheumatism: mix 2 drops of essential oil of rosemary and 1 juniper berries with a tablespoon of sweet almond oil and use the mixture to massage the affected area.
- In the case of varicose veins, prepare a massage oil with 50 ml of arnica oil, 6 drops of rosemary oil, 6 drops of juniper oil and 3 drops of lemon oil. By gently massaging several times per day.
