Rosemary essential oil stimulates the adrenal cortex in cases of asthenia, hypotension, weakness and fatigue, including mental fatigue. It is an excellent nerve tonic that activates the memory, calms the nerves and stimulates the heart.

 

The rosemary is a bushy evergreen mediterranean sea, rich of branches, with lance-like leaves similar to needles and flowers are collected in bunches which produce the essential oil.

THE MAIN PROPERTIES OF THE ESSENTIAL OIL OF ROSEMARY

A general tonic, mucolytic, expectorant, anti-rheumatic, antispasmodic, diuretic, bile stimulant, of adrenal cortex and of the circulation of the blood, sudorific, antiseptic, healing, tonic for the nervous (it helps concentration and memory) and sexual, antioxidant, antiparasitic.

THE MOST COMMON USES OF THE ROSEMARY ESSENTIAL OIL


This essential oil stimulates the adrenal cortex in the case of asthenia, hypotension, weakness and tiredness, mental. It is an excellent nervine tonic that activates the memory, calms the nerves and stimulates the heart. The essential oil of rosemary has an excellent action on the liver, stimulates the drainage of bile and the digestion and moves waste and stagnation from the body.
It is draining, anti-cellulite and stimulating the lipolytic action (dissolves fats). Massage with essential oil of rosemary relieves the arthritic pain and muscle, dissolves the uric acid and the crystals which harden the epidermal tissues. On the skin, has a tonic, antiseptic and slightly astringent. It is useful in the treatment of acne and dark spots from the face.
The essential oil of rosemary is a tonic for the scalp, strengthening the hair and stimulates regrowth in the event of a fall. It also has an antiseptic and antibacterial, which makes it useful in the treatment of disorders of the respiratory tract.

SOME MODES OF USE OF THE ESSENTIAL OIL OF ROSEMARY


- Against the laziness of the morning, the apathy, to increase vitality, strengthen the self-confidence and self-esteem: the shower in the morning add 3-4 drops of rosemary essential oil to a dose of liquid soap. Valid association to an aromatic bath in the evening with lavender, for a balancing action of the nervous system.
- Colic of the bile ducts: mix 2 drops of rosemary essential oil to a tablespoon of sweet almond oil and use the mixture to massage the painful area.
-Rheumatism: mix 2 drops of essential oil of rosemary and 1 juniper berries with a tablespoon of sweet almond oil and use the mixture to massage the affected area.
- In the case of varicose veins, prepare a massage oil with 50 ml of arnica oil, 6 drops of rosemary oil, 6 drops of juniper oil and 3 drops of lemon oil. By gently massaging several times per day.

PRECAUTIONS Of USE

Non-toxic, non-irritating (as long as in dilution), does not cause sensitising effects. Avoid in pregnancy and in subjects with epilepsy.
