The product OMEGA 3 SOFTGEL CAPS contains only fish oil from anchovies - caught in the Peruvian (Humboldt) Current, considered the most productive marine ecosystem in the world. Fish oil in soft gelatin capsules is exclusively in the form of usable triglycerides. The omega-3 unsaturated fatty acids are highly concentrated, and each capsule contains 301mg of eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and 210mg of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). The aforementioned omega-3 fatty acids have a positive effect on brain activity, maintaining heart function and support eyesight. The positive effects are achieved with a daily intake of 250mg EPA and DHA.
