Inositol capsules deliver 600 mg of the most common form of inositol, myo-inositol, per serving. Although sometimes referred to as “vitamin B8,” inositol is synthesised by the body and also obtained from foods such as citrus fruits, vegetables, nuts and legumes. High concentrations of inositol are found in the brain, where it participates in key biochemical processes, including nerve and glial cell regulation, and serves as a precursor to hormonal messengers.

By contributing to normal glucose metabolism and insulin sensitivity, myo-inositol helps support stable energy levels throughout the day. It also plays a role in maintaining ovarian function, fertility and ovulation, and may aid in preserving healthy lipid profiles. Our capsules are formulated with a clean label, free from additives, sugar, gluten, lactose, soy and GMOs. They are also suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
