Magnesium Citrate + B6 is a food supplement in the form of hard capsules that delivers magnesium in a highly bioavailable form—magnesium citrate—and the active coenzymatic form of vitamin B6, pyridoxal-5′-phosphate (P-5-P). Both nutrients contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism, support the proper functioning of the nervous system and help reduce tiredness and fatigue. Adequate magnesium intake is essential for muscle function, protein synthesis, electrolyte balance and the maintenance of normal psychological functions.

Each daily dose of 3 capsules provides:

• 375 mg magnesium (100% NRV)
• 4.2 mg vitamin B6 (300% NRV)
• Magnesium in the form of citrate for enhanced absorption
• Vitamin B6 as P-5-P to support magnesium uptake
