MethylFolate & Methyl-B12 is a food supplement in the form of a hard vegan capsule, delivering the active, methylated forms of folic acid (Quatrefolic®) and vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) for optimal absorption. The formula also includes vitamin B6 as coenzyme P-5-P to support the conversion of B12 and folate into their biologically active states. These B-vitamins are essential for everyday wellbeing and contribute to energy release from food, normal psychological function, and reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Vitamin B12 plays a key role in metabolism regulation, maintenance of the nervous system, cognitive health and the formation of red blood cells, while folic acid supports maternal tissue growth, amino acid synthesis, blood cell formation and immune function.
