Apple cider vinegar standardized to 11% of acetic acid, capsule shell (bulking agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids. 
Product may contain milk (including lactose), soybeans, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, cereals containing gluten, eggs, crustaceans, fish.

Apple Cider Vinegar Recommended Use:
Take 1 serving (1 capsule) daily preferably with meal.
