Ingredients: Aqua (Water/Eau), Glycine Soja (Soybean) Oil, Butylene Glycol, Propylene Glycol, PEG-40 Stearate, Cetyl Alcohol, Isopropyl Palmitate, Glyceryl Stearate, PEG-100 Stearate, Globularia Cordifolia, Callus Culture Extract, Phenoxyethanol, PEG-8, Parfum (Fragrance), Zingiber Zerumbet Extract, Glycerin, Bupleurum Falcatum Root Extract, Methyl Nicotinate, Ethylhexylglycerin, Benzyl Nicotinate, Caffeine, Carnitine, Bacillus Ferment, Sodium Benzoate, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice Powder, CI 16035 (Red 40), Cetyl Hydroxyethylcellulose, Tetrapeptide-7, Coenzyme A, Phaseolus Lunatus (Green Bean) Seed Extract.

Recommended use: Apply Buns of Steel twice daily on targeted areas and firmly massage into skin until fully absorbed. For best results, apply 15 minutes prior to workout, after showering and/or before bed. You will feel slight heat immeediately after applying. Allow the cream to completely dry before direct contact with clothes and linens. Wask hands immediately with soap and water after each use.

Warnings: For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. In the event of conatct with eyes, rinse immediately with water . If you have a previous skin condition consult your physician before use. Discontinue use if skin irritation occus. This product may cause a reddening and tingling sensation to the skin. These effect will gradually fade after use. Keep out of reach od children.
