Ingredients:Â Chromium, Bulking Agents (Dicalcium Phosphate, Microcrystalline Cellulose), Anti-Caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate), Chromium Picolinate.
Recommended use:Â Take 1 tablet per day, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed stated dose.
