Ingredients: L-Glutamine

Other ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose, cellulose, magnesium stearate (vegetable source), stearic acid (vegetable source) and croscarmellose sodium.

No wheat, gluten, soybeans, dairy, egg, fish/shellfish, peanuts/tree nuts or sesame.

Recommended use: Adults take 1 tablet 1-2 times a day, preferably on an empty stomach or after a workout, or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.

Warnings: Consult a healthcare professional before using this product if you are pregnant, nursing, under the age of 18, are taking medication or have a medical condition (especially epilepsy, seizure, mania or severe liver disorder); if adverse reactions occur, discontinue use.
