THE MAIN PROPERTIES OF THE ESSENTIAL OIL OF NEROLI

Antidepressant, neurotonic (balancing), mild sedative, hypnotic, antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, digestive, utilised, immune stimulant, aphrodisiac.

THE MOST COMMON USES OF THE ESSENTIAL OIL OF NEROLI

This essential oil is effective in the disorders of the source of emotional, in states of anxiety, in the treatment of shock, of panic, of hysteria and insomnia, especially when due to anxiety. Can be used as a mild tranquilizer before a stressful event emotionally.
It is an essence useful for the children, against insomnia, nightmares, over-excitation etc., useful in the treatment of tachycardia and palpitations.
The essential oil of neroli is beneficial for the intestine, acting upon the colitis, and diarrhea. Antitossico and cleansing, acts on the blood and circulation.
Excellent in skin care, the essential oil of neroli stimulates the regeneration of new cells and delaying aging.

SOME MODES OF USE OF THE ESSENTIAL OIL OF NEROLI

- To calm and stabilize the mind and the heart: apply 2 drops of the essential oil of neroli (diluted, on delicate, in a bit of almond oil) at the level of the inner surface of the wrists and frizionarli with a certain energy, one against the other, while you raise the arms upward, the better to inalarne the aroma that is released through deep breathing.
- In the case of a shock to the emotions, fears, stress, (also for children): dilute 3 drops of essential oil in a teaspoon of almond oil and massaggiarne a bit on the central part of the sternum and on the inner side of the attachment of the nail of the thumb (i.e. from the side facing the index finger) from both sides.
- In the case of mild depression, insomnia, anxiety: to make an aromatic bath, pour about 3 handfuls of sea salt 8 drops of essential neroli oil , and 8 drops of essential oil of lavender; add the mix to hot water of the tub. Alternatively, to receive a massage on the whole back made with sesame oil flavoured in the following proportions: 50 ml of vegetable oil add 6 drops of essential oil of neroli, 5 drops of essential oil of geranium, and 5 drops of myrrh essential oil.
