Ingredients: Maltodextrins, Whey Protein Concentrate, Dextrose, Vit. C (L-Ascorbic Acid), Niacin (Nicotinamide), Vit. E (DL-Alpha-Tocopheryl Acetate), Pantothenic acid (Calcium D-pantothenate), Vit. B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride), Vit. B2 (Riboflavin), Vit. B1 (Thiamine Mononitrate), Folate (Pteroylmonoglutamic Acid), Biotin (D-biotin), Vit. B12 (Cyanocobalamin)

Other ingredients: Cocoa - aroma and flavour enhancer for the chocolate flavour, modified starch - thickener, citric acid - acidity regulator for the strawberry flavour, sodium cyclamate - sweetener, sodium saccharinate - sweetener, beta carotene - colour for the banana, vanilla, pina colada and caramel-vanilla flavours, cochineal red - colour for the strawberry flavour. Aromas: Banana aroma for the banana flavour (Banana Cream), strawberry aroma for the strawberry flavour (Creamy Strawberry), pina colada aroma for the pina colada flavour (Pina Colada), vanilla aroma for the vanilla (Vanilla Sky) and caramel-vanilla (Caramel Vanilla) flavours, caramel aroma for the caramel-vanilla (Caramel Vanilla) flavour, chocolate aroma for the chocolate flavour (Chocolate Delight).

Recommended use: Dissolve one serving of the product - 70 g (3 scoops) in 200 ml of water or milk; use a shaker or a blender. Depending on your needs, take 3-4 servings daily. On workout days: 1st serving in the morning after getting up, 2nd serving up to 1,5 hours after workout, take the remaining servings between meals. On non-workout days: 1st serving in the morning after getting up, take the remaining servings between meals.
