Creatine is a nitrogenous organic compound that is found in the body mainly in skeletal muscles, during demanding physical activity its amount decreases. When using CREATINE MONOHYDRATE CREAPURE® before a physical activity, you increase the strength and muscle work during a short-term performance of high intensity by means of creatine intake. You will achieve a positive effect with the intake of at least 3 grams of creatine daily.

Recommended dosage:

Training days: daily dose to promote performance is 5 g (2 level teaspoons) before training.
Non-training days: take 5 g in the morning on an empty stomach. Dose regularly for 4 weeks, then rest for at least 4-6 weeks. It can be combined with carbohydrates (e.g. together with gainers, you provide a better usability and efficiency). Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Note: Food supplement, with sugars and sweeteners. Especially suitable for athletes. Does not replace varied nutrition. Not suitable for children, pregnant and lactating women.
