Caffeine 195 mg
Other Ingredients: Anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide), microcrystalline cellulose.
Directions: As a dietary supplement, start by taking 1 capsule on an empty stomach 15-30 minutes before breakfast. An additional capsule may be taken 5-6 hours later.
Once the above steps have been taken, the additional capsule may be added to the morning dose after day 1. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE RECOMMENDED DAILY DOSE BE EXCEEDED.
DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT FOR MORE THAN 8 WEEKS FOLLOWED BY A 4 WEEK BREAK. DO NOT EXCEED 3 CAPSULES IN ANY 24-HOUR PERIOD. Exceeding recommended serving or failure to follow directions may result in adverse reactions. Consume at least 3.7 L of fluid per day for men and 2.7 L of fluid per day for women while taking this product. Store in a cool, dry place. Discard after expiration date.
