Active Ingredients:
Umckaloabo (Pelargonium sidoides) 1X Cough Suppressant
Wild Cherry Bark (Prunus serotina) 1X Cough Suppressant
European Elderberry (Sambucus nigra) 1X Cough Suppressant

Inactive Ingredients:
Buckwheat honey, elderberry extract, citric acid, USP purified water, natural mixed berry and raspberry flavor, potassium sorbate, stevia, xanthan gum.

Formula 3 Cough Syrup Recommended Use:
For Children 2 – 4 years: 1 teaspoon every 3 hours or as needed
For Children 5 – 11 years: 1 – 2 teaspoons every 3 hours or as needed
For Children under 2 years: consult your healthcare practitioner

Warnings:
Do not give this product for persistent or chronic cough such as occurs with asthma orif cough is accompanied by excessive phlegm (mucus) unless directed by a doctor.
Stop use and see your doctor if cough persists for more than 1 week, tends to recur or is accompanied by fever, rash or persistent headache. A persistent cough may be a sign of a serious condition.
