Ingredients: 95% carbohydrate complex (maltodextrins, glucose, isomaltulose**), 1% L-arginine hydrochloride, acidity regulators - citric acid, malic acid; 1% mineral mix (calcium salts of orthophosphoric acid, calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate, ferrous fumarate, manganese sulfate, potassium iodide, chromium (III) chloride, sodium molybdate, sodium selenite), flavors, 0.1% vitamins (L-ascorbic acid - Vit. C , DL-a-tocopheryl acetate - Vit. E, nicotinic acid - niacin, D-biotin, retinyl acetate - vit. A, calcium D-pantothenate - pantothenic acid, pyridoxine hydrochloride - vit. B6, cholecalciferol - vit. D, pteroyl monoglutamic acid - folate, thiamine mononitrate - vit. B1, riboflavin - Vit. B2, cyanocobalamin - Vit. B12), sweeteners - acesulfame K, sucralose; colourings: beta-carotene (for orange flavour), carmine (for strawberry, grapefruit, cherry flavour), riboflavin (for lemon flavour).

Recommended intake: 2-4 servings daily, depending on frequency and intensity of exertion and body weight. Dissolve 1 serving (50 g - 90 units = 3 scoops) in 100 ml1 of water and drink approx. 30 min. before and immediately after finishing exertion. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
