Ingredients: 80% carbohydrate mix (maltodextrin, dextrose), 15.5protein products (whey protein concentrate, micellar casein, ultrafiltered ovalbumine), flavors, 1.5 reatin monohydrate, 0.5% taurine, acidity regulator - malic acid, thickeners - xanthan gum, carboxymethyl cellulose; 0.01% vitamins (L-ascorbic acid - Vit. Directions: 1-2 servings daily - 1 serving 1 hour before exercise and/or 1 serving 1 hour after exercise (100 g - 210 units = 5.5 scoops) Dissolve tablespoons in water (300 ml). The dosage can also be halved (50g /105 units). Consume immediately after preparation. Weight gain may occur. The intake of the product containing creatine should not be permanent, but temporary. It is recommended to consume the product for 2-3 months, then take a break for 1-2 months and repeat if necessary after the break. Not suitable for children and adolescents.
