The various protein sources in Olimp Gain Bolic 6000 from Whey Protein Concentrate, Micellar Casein, Egg Protein have been additionally enriched with Creapure Creatine Monohydrate and Taurine.

Ingredients: 80% carbohydrate mix (maltodextrin, dextrose), 15.5protein products (whey protein concentrate, micellar casein, ultrafiltered ovalbumine), flavors, 1.5 reatin monohydrate, 0.5% taurine, acidity regulator - malic acid, thickeners - xanthan gum, carboxymethyl cellulose; 0.01% vitamins (L-ascorbic acid - Vit. C (4 mg - 5% RDA*), DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate - Vit. E (0.6 mg - 5% RDA*), nicotinamide - niacin (0.8 mg - 5% RDA*), D-biotin (2.5 µg - 5% RDA*), retinyl acetate - Vit. A (40 µg - 5% RDA*), Calcium-D-pantothenate - Pantothenic Acid (0.3 mg - 5% RDA*), Pyridoxine Hydrochloride - Vit. B6 (0.1 mg - 5% RDA*), Cholecalciferol - Vit. Directions: 1-2 servings daily - 1 serving 1 hour before exercise and/or 1 serving 1 hour after exercise (100 g - 210 units = 5.5 scoops) Dissolve tablespoons in water (300 ml). The dosage can also be halved (50g /105 units). Consume immediately after preparation. Weight gain may occur. The intake of the product containing creatine should not be permanent, but temporary. It is recommended to consume the product for 2-3 months, then take a break for 1-2 months and repeat if necessary after the break. Not suitable for children and adolescents. Not suitable for diabetics. A balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended. Keep out of reach of children.
