Recommended use: 1 portion (6g) 3 times a day (18g) - 30 minutes before training. Add 1 portion (6g = 1/2 scoop) to 100 ml of water. Consume directly after preparation.

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended. Keep out of reach of children. R-WEILER contains caffeine. Not recommended for children or pregnant women (caffeine content: 300mg/ daily portion - 18g (3x6g)). In addition, the product should not be used during breastfeeding, in case of diseases of the circulatory system of hypersensitivity to any ingredient of the product. Product is not suitable for people with blood pressure issues. Do not take together with medicine, in particular medicine influencing the cardiovascular system. Do not consume other products containing caffeine at the same time (e.g.: other food supplements, energy drinks, coffee). Do not exceed a daily intake of 400mg of caffeine from all sources and 200mg of caffeine in a single dose. Do not use in conjunction with alcohol. Do not use before bedtime or during the immediately preceding hours before sleep. Some individuals may experience a sensation of tingling or numbness after the consumption. This is a temporary effect which is attributed to strong effect of beta-alanine. It does not affect health. Permissible sediment and lumping of a product does not affect quality of the product. Unopened, keep in a dry and cool place.
